TrueCourse provides technology services that may include business automation, website development, client portals, inventory systems, scheduling systems, communication systems, workflow automation, hosting assistance, API integrations, reporting systems, and payment and invoicing integrations. Services may change over time.
Users agree to provide accurate information, maintain credential security, use services lawfully, avoid unauthorized access attempts, avoid malicious or disruptive activity, and respect intellectual property rights.
Clients are responsible for maintaining ownership of third-party accounts where applicable, maintaining valid licenses and subscriptions, reviewing operational data, managing authorized users, and ensuring lawful use of collected data.
Clients may authorize integrations with third-party services. TrueCourse may configure and maintain these integrations on behalf of clients. Clients retain ownership of their third-party accounts and credentials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
TrueCourse retains ownership of platform architecture, internal automation systems, proprietary workflows, branding and design elements, and custom software unless otherwise agreed. Clients retain ownership of their submitted business data and content.
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, outages, provider failures, and third-party disruptions may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueCourse Technologies shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, third-party service failures, or unauthorized access caused by client negligence.
We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms, security concerns, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or abuse of systems. Clients may terminate services according to applicable agreements.
These terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the State of Idaho, unless otherwise required by law.
